What are some fast,healthy crock pot recipes?

Try this delicious crockpot meatloaf. Its a favorite of mine.
Ingredients:
•1/2 cup crushed cheese crackers
•1 small onion, chopped
•2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
•1/4 c. chili sauce
•1/2 c. milk
•2 eggs, slightly beaten
•3/4 tsp. salt
•1/8 tsp. pepper
•1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
Preparation:
First, make foil “handles.” Fold a 20 to 30-inch long piece of foil in half lengthwise. Place in bottom of a slow cooker with both ends hanging over top edge of cooker.The foil strip will make it much easier to remove the meatloaf when it’s done. I also put a piece of crumpled foil in the bottom to keep the meatloaf out of the fat.
In mixing bowl combine cracker crumbs with onion, chopped green pepper, chili sauce, milk, eggs, salt and pepper; mix in ground beef. Shape mixture into a round loaf. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until done.
Serves 6.

I don’t think anything is fast in a crock pot. you should plan on supper at lunch time and start it then and you can do any meat in it. veggies on bottom, meat on top of the veggies, 2 cups of water and wait 4-6 hours

If you want “fast,” you probably should choose recipes you can put in the crock pot overnight so you can have it ready by lunchtime the next day. Lowfat Lemon Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
2 lemons, quartered
8 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Italian flat parsley, minced
Directions:
Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients.
Transfer to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.

beef stew
cut lean beef into cubes, get a variety of different vegetables, cut big ones into cubes place all in crock pot with water covering all ingredients and cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4. makes a great tasting,healthy, all natural low calorie, high energy meal.

any meet with the fat on, take the fat off,
put lots of veg in your pot you can add spice if you want or tins of tomatoes
depends what you like
chicken is very lean
add water to cover and cook for 3 hrs
melt in the mouth
