I need a GOOD slow Cooker recipes for pork chops?
I have 6 boneless (thick) pork chops and want to make them for dinner. I have some errands to run this afternoon. I want to put them in the slow cooker before I leave. Any ideas??
I forgot to mention, my 8 and 16 year old HATE mushrooms.

This is very easy and quick
CROCK POT PORK CHOPS
6 thick pork chops
1 can of chicken and rice soup
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can water
Cook all ingredients in crock pot until pork is falling apart. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Place the chops in the slow cooker, salt and pepper them, then top them with a can of cream of mushroom soup. Don’t add any water — the gravy will be too thin when done.
We love garlic, so I usually add 3 or 4 chopped garlic cloves to the mushroom soup. Or, you can add extra mushrooms.
The pork chops will be very tender and just about falling apart. Serve with rice, noodles, or potatoes, so you can get all that good gravy….. now, I’m hungry for pork chops……

angmad,
You have the pork chops,
Now some good hearty chunky carrots,
A couple of potato’s peeled and quartered
Bay Leaf
1x medium diced onion
2x cloves crushed garlic
Chicken stock.
Place your ingredients chops first in the crock add your vegetables and your chicken stock enough just to cover the bottom by about half an inch. turn cover and let the crock do it’s job, about in hour into the process check for seasoning in case it needs some if so add, the stock usually has salt.
enjoy

Ingredients:
4 pork chops, about 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
dash cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water to make smooth paste
Preparation:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add pork chops and sear until nicely browned on both sides. Transfer pork chops to crockpot. Add garlic to pan droppings and sauté until it begins to brown; stir in soy sauce, broth, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Stir to blend; bring just to a boil. Pour sauce over the chops. Cover and cook on low until pork chops are tender, about 6 to 7 hours. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture until well blended. Cover and cook about 20 minutes longer.
