Do you have any healthy slow cooker recipes with vegtables, chicken, pork steaks and more?
There are several of these types of recipes at www.slowcookerway.com. They are all healthy and lead to me losing almost 70 pounds. I am still looking for more ideas. What are your slow cooker healthy recipe ideas?

Answer by Joe
Pork loin roast =5 pounds
aluminum foil =4 foot
Potatoes=2-4 pounds
1 lemon
Sale, pepper, olive oil and ketchup sauce to individual tast.

Step 1
Marinade entire chop lemon sauce placed into aluminum foil

step 2
cut average size potatoes into 3 pieces, dip each facing into sauce mix and put into aluminum foil with meat.

step 3
pour remaining sauce onto meat, mix so that meat is covered.

Step 4
Enclose the aluminum foil package up, try to keep it round and generally the shape of the high wall frying pan.

Step 5
Place in a High wall frying pan, cover with lid, medium low low heat for 3-4 hours.

Making pie is rocket science complicated, compared to this simple creation.

    One of my go-to recipes:

One pound of chicken breasts cut into large chunks
One can of low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    3 Tablespoons of dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons of cornstarch
    Pepper to taste

Place the chicken in the crock pot and season with poultry seasoning or seasoned salt. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then place on top of the chicken. Cook on low for about four hours. All you need with this is some fresh vegetables cut up on the side. Sometimes I serve the chicken over egg noodles.

Get an eye-of-round roast (these are lean!), put a pack of Lipton onion soup mix on top plus any other seasonings you desire, add whole (small) or sliced potatoes and plenty of carrots. Turn slow cooker on low; wait all day and then enjoy! The next day, slice up the leftovers, add more carrots/ potato if needed, throw in canned tomatoes, corn, green beans, peas, chicken or beef broth, a dash of steak sauce or mustard, salt and pepper, herbs… etc., etc., etc (whatever floats your boat). and allow to simmer all day in the crock pot again. The perfect stew! Make popovers or cornbread to accompany it!
